Hannah Makasare

Ms. Makasare has 8+ years of healthcare experience. Apart from the Agency, Ms. Makasare works as a Disease Intervention Specialist for the New Jersey State Department of Health.

Ms. Makasare holds a B.S. in Public Health with a Minor in Biological Sciences from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. Ms. Makasare is also certified in the CITI Program as a Social/Behavioral/Epidemiologic Research Investigator. Ms. Makasare is actively pursuing an MPH with a concentration in Epidemiology from Rutgers School of Public Health in the State of New Jersey.

In her personal time, Ms. Makasare is a key promoter of health and wellness, with a passion for a nutritious lifestyle through her Mediterranean diet. She enjoys walking, exercising, and learning new sports, and enjoys researching the latest health-related articles. She also enjoys spending time in the kitchen, listening to podcasts, watching mystery/crime shows and movies, traveling, and visiting New York City.
