As of 05/16/2024, Mr. Townsend has begun working closely with the Agency's Special Project's Division in incorporating clandestine, surveillance drones and high-grade artificial intelligence (AI) technology to equip and progressively develop Agents in their fight against domestic and intertnational terrorism and overall criminal activity. Through utilizing state-of-the art drones and its software and the most advanced AI technology, Mr. Townsend anticipates these tools and resources will give the Agency a cutting edge in the security industry, significantly assist with clandestine operations, and allow the Ageny to further its elite professional services to more distinguishable clientele.
